The Last of Us arrives at HBO. We don’t know when this happens, nor do we know who will play our heroes Joel and Ellie.
All we know is that Neil Druckmann of Naughty Dog, who directed both The Last of Us and the upcoming The Last of Us Part II, will be one of the spirits behind, along with Craig Mazin of Chernobyl.
Fans have fantasized about the cast of Joel and Ellie, with most netizens shouting for Wolverine star Hugh Jackman to step into Joel’s old work boots when this franchise comes to life on the small screen.
However, digital artist BossLogic had another catch. He recently edited a poster for the movie Gifted to make it look like promotional material for HBO’s The Last of Us series.

BossLogic surprisingly captures the feel and spirit of the original PlayStation exclusive in 2013. Captain America star Chris Evans makes a superb version of Joel, with Mckenna Grace seemingly unknowingly capturing Ellie’s spirit in their eyes.

The game did an incredible job of making you feel like you were truly living in a world where bullets were rare, rare materials were precious and betrayal hid around each corker.
