As ProdegeMR and 2CV discovered in a recent study, it appears they are turning to esports, estimated to be around $ 14 billion in 2020. This is a double increase from 2019, and this is probably an outlier, as physical sports are temporarily canceled. 2CV estimates, however, the long-term growth of e-sport as a whole, around 644 million viewers worldwide in 2020, although sudden short-term growth is likely to break these numbers.
